The band/tube posts, an industry first feature, allows the CAP Deluxe Utility Weight Bench to be used with resistance tubes or bands to incorporate low impact resistance exercise alternatives to your exercise program (great for rehabbing and senior strength building). Use this bench as a key component in dumbbell training routines. Perform a number of upper and lower body exercises while incorporating dumbbell use to hit goals and build/maintain muscle. This bench can also be used as the center piece for core exercises. Great for leg lifts, crunches, twists and more.
