TTE480 begins as a brand new standard BorgWarner K04-064 turbocharger that we dismantle and then set about upgrading and optimizing as engineers to create our ultimate K04 frame hybrid for the EA888. TTE480 Turbocharger is a great power stage for the 2.0 TSI range of vehicles while retaining like OE fitment.

Top Tip : The original VAG Manifold gasket needs enlarging to match the ports on the turbo.

You may need make adaptions for EA888.1 with regards to boost outlet conection with the use of a 90deg silicone bend
